Por fin hemos conocido la lista de nominados a los People's Choice Awards 2014, unos de los premios más relevantes en el mundo del cine, la música y la televisión, en los que el público se encarga de votar a los ganadores. Este año la serie 'Glee', Sandra Bullock Y Katy Perry encabezan las candidaturas.
La gala, en su edición número 40, se celebrará el próximo 8 de enero en el Nokia Theater de Los Ángeles con las actrices Kat Dennings y Beth Behrs ('2 Broke girls', 'Dos chicas sin blanca') como anfitrionas. Las votaciones estarán abiertas hasta el 5 de diciembre, así que todavía tienes un mes para conseguir que tus artistas favoritos consigan un galardón.
A título personal, la que más posibilidades tiene de salir victoriosa es la protagonista de 'Gravity', que ha conseguido cinco nominaciones, incluyendo la de Mejor Actriz y Mejor Duo, en la que, de resultar ganadora, deberá compartir estatuilla con su compañero de reparto George Clooney.
En el mismo nivel se encuentra la cantante Katy Perry, que tras triunfar con su nuevo trabajo discográfico, 'Prism', lidera todas las categorías musicales en estos premios con 5 candidaturas. Precisamente en el apartado musical destacan también Demi Lovato, Justin Timberlake o Britney Spears, pero la gran sorpresa ha sido Justin Bieber quien, a pesar de sus millones de fans, se queda con las manos vacías.
En lo que a televisión se refiere la líder indiscutible es la comedia musical 'Glee', con 8 menciones, mientras que en la gran pantalla las cintas que optan a más reconocimientos son 'Iron Man 3', 'Star Trek: En la oscuridad' y 'Fast & Furious 6'.
